JSparts ships orders within the Philippines through third-party couriers. Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your location and the size of your order, and are confirmed with you before you pay.
- Orders are prepared once your order is confirmed and any payment is received.
- We will tell you when your order ships and how to track it, where tracking is available.
- Please make sure your name, delivery address and contact number are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details.

Returns and refunds
We want you to get the right part. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after receiving it, with your order details and clear photos.
- Parts should be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Electrical parts and fluids that have been opened or installed may not be returnable.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
- Please check that a part fits your vehicle (make, model and year) before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure.

- What we collect. The details you share when you contact us or place an order, such as your name, contact details and delivery address. This website does not require an account.
- How we use it. To confirm and deliver orders, answer questions and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
- Your cart. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser on your device. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
- Payments. When online payment becomes available, it will be handled by licensed payment providers and JSparts will not store your card details.
